On September 14-15, the group held the National General Manager's Office Meeting for September 2024 in Shanghai. Group leaders, heads of various functional departments, and relevant company leaders attended the meeting on-site, while members of the leadership teams of provincial companies attended online. The meeting mainly listened to reports from the relevant functional departments of the group and the heads of various companies on the progress of the sprint work of this line and unit. The relevant units introduced their business, and the group leaders put forward requirements for the current key work and prominent common problems. At the meeting, Lu Jie, Chairman and President of the Group, emphasized:
(1)We must sprint with all our might to ensure the achievement of our annual goals and tasks. There are only over 100 days left until the end of the year, and there is still a considerable gap between various key tasks and the annual goals. All departments and units should fully focus on the target tasks, highlight key areas, concentrate efforts, optimize allocation, and implement precise policies, and make every effort to win the "100 day sprint" campaign.
(2)To deepen customer relationship maintenance and provide attentive service to customers. All units should deeply understand that high-quality customer relationships are the key engine driving the development of the provincial company, and rely on improving customer relationships to support business development. To understand the principle of "being a good person before doing things", one must be confident and self reliant, and maintain customer relationships with sincerity and emotion, in order to seize the initiative in business development in the severe external situation.
(3)We need to comprehensively strengthen team building and continuously forge an iron blooded army. The heads of each unit should arm themselves with the "boss mentality" and gather strength. They should improve their employment standards, make good use of their own "right-hand men", and strengthen the team building of frontline business units. They should achieve shared responsibility, development progress, and shared achievements, and build a "wolf like" team with strong work style and the ability to win battles.
